The Controller applies modern organisational and technical safeguards to ensure the best possible protection of your personal data and guarantees that it processes them in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: "GDPR"), the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, and other data protection regulations.

The Controller will process the above personal data until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the Account Service Agreement.

Data: email address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Period: until an objection is filed or the purpose is achieved.

Handling Customer Inquiries

Data: first name, email address, message content. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Period: until an objection is filed or the purpose is achieved.

Publishing Product Reviews

Data: first name, review content. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Period: until an objection is filed or the purpose is achieved.

Tax Obligations (Invoices)

Data: name/company name, address, tax identification number (NIP). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Period: 5 years from the end of the tax year.

Profiling

In order to create your profile for marketing purposes and to direct personalised direct marketing to you, the Controller will process your personal data in an automated manner, including profiling – however, this will not produce any legal effects concerning you, nor similarly significantly affect your situation.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Recipients of Personal Data

Recipients of personal data will include: the hosting company, logistics operator, payment providers, newsletter provider, analytical tools (including Google Analytics), and accounting services. Data may be transferred to public authorities on the basis of legal provisions.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries

Data may be transferred to the USA, Singapore, and other countries in connection with the use of services provided by Meta, Microsoft, and Google. The transfer is based on decisions of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.

Your Rights

You have the right to: access (information), rectification, erasure, data portability, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

The Controller informs that the Store uses "cookies". These are small text files installed on your device. They are used to ensure the operation of the Store, increase comfort, provide statistics, and support marketing.
